Registered Nurses:

Responsible for oversight of the plan of care. Contact Physician- Coordinate with other RN's, LPN's, LVN's, Therapist, and Home Health Aide involved in client care. Act as mentor/ preceptor for LPN's, LVN's, Home Health Aide.

Speech Therapist:

Plan and Implement programs for management and correction of communication disorders.

Registered Dietician

Aide in nutritional services

Licensed Practical Nurses/ LVN's:

Work directly under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Certified Nurses Aide:

For personal care such as bathing, dressing and personal grooming.

Companions/ Homemakers:

To assist in promoting maximum physical functionning, self care and mobility so that independence is maintained.

Occupation Therapy:

Teaching program in self care for return of client's inactivities of daily living and functional independence.

Medical Social Workers:

Provide assistance with community resources.
